At Atlas they seek to combine a modern, international approach to great beers with a deliberately old-fashioned, meticulous attention to quality.

The building where they make their fine beers, is part of Kinlochleven's history as a place where Aluminuim was made from 1926 until 2001. They occupy the old Carbon Factory, where large anodes of carbon were produced to play their part in the electolysis process of aluminium smelting.

The tranquil Orkney Islands, with their fertile farming lands and fishing grounds, have been inhabited for over 5000 years.

The Orkney brewery is housed in the former schoolhouse in Quoyloo 1 mile from Skara Brae in the heart of Neolithic Orkney.

The choice of beers include Dark Island, Dark Island Reserve, Skull Splitter, Dragonhead, Northern Lights, Red MacGregor and Raven Ale.
