A beer that has won public acclaim and awards in a very short space of time. Originating in Fremantle (Western Australia) this pale ale is bottle conditioned and its name is intended as a reference to live yeast.

Colour: a rich golden colour, with a light sediment.

Taste: the palate is refreshing and rich in fruity hop notes. Bitterness slowly emerges in the long finish along with tangy flavours and a persistant honeysuckle and fruit lift.
