A true English cider made from three varietes of apple and the addition of a small amount of sugar with the ‘Soil Association’ guidelines. The result is a full flavoured drink with a gentle ‘fizz’, quite unlike commercially produced ciders.

The cider is produced using organic cider apples and matured in old oak vats which results in an easy to drink cider with a ripe apple aroma and a refreshing well balanced taste.
