Prima Melior is a belgian strong dark ale.

Floreffe Prima Melior is a brown beer with a powerful seasoning of anis and coriander. When the fermentation and clarification are complete, doses of yeast and brewing sugar are added for refermentation in the bottle.
ideal with a mature hard cheese, possibly selected in the range of cheeses of Floreffe, or perfect when used in the preparation of rabbit.

Serve chilled but not frooze, between 4°C and 7°C.

It is a Special Reserve Ale exclusively for the use of the Abbot and his guests.
