Water is extracted from a 300’ deep borehole and combined with Soil Association accredited light malted barley from Norfolk. Organic hops provide the distinctive palate. The yeast used is St. Peter’s own single strand variety. St. Peters Organic Ale is a delicate, clean, crisp, lightly carbonated, traditional English Ale with a full citrus hop aftertaste.

St Peter's Organic Ale won the Soil Association’s top prize in 2002 and a silver medal in 2006.

St. Peters Summer Ale is a rich and complex Summer Ale! Light Suffolk malts combine with Hereford and Worcester hops to form a quite magnificent brew.

Tasting: Syrupy malt and mellow fruit - pineapple and mango - with hops emerging on the nose. Silky, rather heavy malt is the main feature, but a prickle of hops on the tongue gives a little lift on the palate. Fruit flavours – both citrus and tropical – run through it all. More citrus (lemon) notes on the swallow. Hops build nicely and last long into the finish.

St Peter's Wheat Beer is a pleasant, dark golden drink. Produced in a European style with low hopping rate and Bavarian Weiss ale yeast to give a traditional tropical fruit taste and aroma. It won a major award in the 2004 SIBA national competition.

Tasting: Luscious fruit (oranges and apricots), peppery spiciness emerges, along with hop resins on the nose. The same juicy fruit as in the nose, with a little spice. Good hop balance for the inherent sweetness in the palate. Fruit and hops linger well as the finish dries the palate.
