Payment
Orders must be accompanied by payment.
We accept Cheques, (but orders will only be dispatched once the cheque has been cleared) and card payment (Mastercard, Visa, Delta, Solo, Maestro and Visa Electron).
Shipping/postage details and costs
For orders to mainland GB locations a delivery charge of £6.50 is payable per case. (except as below). Express Delivery (stock permitting) £9.50.
For Scottish Highlands and Islands (postcodes PH19-44, PH49-50, IV, KW, PA20-88,PO30-38,ZE, KA27&28, HS and all addresses in the Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and Isles of Scilly and Northern Ireland a delivery charge of £13.00 is payable per case.
We regret that we are unable to deliver outside the UK.
Prices
The prices payable for the products that you order are clearly set out in the web site. All prices are expressed in pounds sterling inclusive of any VAT payable unless otherwise stated. The price of the items does not include the delivery charge, which will be charged at the rates applicable. We reserve the right to change prices without notice.
Availability
If for any reason, we are unable to supply a particular product, we will notify you as soon as possible. Bottles and labels can and do vary and the images shown on the website may not be the same as current stock items.
Delivery
We aim to ship all orders within two days of receipt of order. Delivery times may be affected if there are stock availability problems or other unforeseen circumstances. A Delivery Note showing the Products supplied by Beerhere will be enclosed in your parcel.
Age Restriction
In accordance with the Licensing Acts, it is an offence for any person under 18 to buy or attempt to buy intoxicating drinks. We will not sell to anyone who is not 18 years of age or over, as the law requires. By placing an order you are confirming that you are 18 or over. If you are making a purchase as a gift, then the recipient must also be over 18 years old.
Returning Goods
If you are not satisfied for any reason, goods should be returned intact within 7 days. Cost of carriage is the customer’s responsibility.
Claims for Breakages
Upon receipt of your order, the order should be carefully inspected to make sure that it is undamaged. Parcelforce must be informed of breakages at the time of delivery. We will not accept any claims for breakages or shortages unless they are stated on the Parcelforce documentation. We must have confirmation of any breakages or shortages within 3 working days of delivery. Damaged or missing goods will be refunded or added to another order.
