Urthel Hop-it Beer Bottle Following a visit to the American Northwest in January, 2005, Hildegard returned to Belgium enthusiastic about of the differents Indian Pale Ales (IPA) she had tasted. With her passion for barley, yeast and especially hops, she wanted to brew an IPA of her own. It had to be special, an hommage to hops in the style of American Craft Brewers, but with a real Flemish touch. Her touch!
Using only different aromatic European hops and nothing but Pilsner malt, Hildegard has created a vibrant, hoppy, full-flavored top fermented and bottle conditioned golden special classic, Urthel Hop-It.

Colour: Urthel Hop-It is a full and heart-warming golden special ale of 9.5%.
Tasting: Hop-It is a very hoppy, spicy and fruity beer, making it a good choice for enthusiasts of Special Ales.

Urthel Saisonniere is a blond ale with a flavourful hop edge. Brewed according Flemish tradition, it is one of the most thirst-quenching among the special beers.
Urthel Saisonnière is brewed with 20% wheat for a style-shifting beer that is part Saison, part wheat beer and part golden/pale ale. Like the best of Urthel’s beers, Saisonnière is deceptively simple on first sip and elegantly simple with a gently building complexity.

Ingredients: water, malts, wheat, sugar, yeast. Non-filtered on bottle.
Note: Brewer recommends rolling the bottle as for German Weizen.
