Williams Bros Ceilidh beer is a premium scottish lager which is a 'gathering' of ingredients from around the world: Hops from the Czech Republic, the U.S. Belgian pilsner malt, German yeast, and Scottish water take their own good time to combine . The result is a delicious, crisp, citrusy lager.

Ceilidh is 'lagered' for a minimum of 90 days - similar to classic European lagers such as Budvar.
